Celebrate Recovery
Find hope. Experience healing. Take your next step.
No one should have to face their pain alone.
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery ministry where people can find hope, healing, and freedom through Jesus Christ.
Whether you’re carrying pain from your past, struggling with something in the present, or simply know there are areas of your life where you need healing, you are welcome here.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to clean yourself up first. And you don’t have to walk through it alone.
Every Thursday in the Coastal House from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Who Is Celebrate Recovery For?
Celebrate Recovery is for everyone.
Life leaves all of us with hurts, hang-ups, and habits that can affect the way we see ourselves, God, and the people around us. Sometimes we develop unhealthy ways of coping with that pain. Sometimes we know exactly where we’re struggling. Other times, we simply know something needs to change.
Celebrate Recovery provides a safe, grace-filled community where you can get honest about what you’re carrying and begin taking healthy, biblical steps forward.
Celebrate Recovery can help people walking through struggles such as:
Anger
Anxiety and fear
Codependency
Grief and loss
Relationship struggles
Unhealthy habits
Addiction
Shame
Control
Past hurts
Forgiveness
Other areas where you feel stuck or need healing
You do not need to identify with a particular struggle or consider yourself “in recovery” to attend. If you have a hurt, hang-up, or habit that is keeping you from experiencing the freedom God desires for you, there is a place for you here.
A Christ-Centered Path Toward Healing
Celebrate Recovery is rooted in the truth that lasting hope and freedom are found in Jesus.
Through the eight recovery principles based on the Beatitudes and a Christ-centered 12-step process, we learn to surrender the areas we cannot control to God, honestly examine what is happening in our lives, make healthy changes, and grow in our relationships with God and others.
This isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen or expecting everything to change overnight.
It’s about taking the next faithful step and allowing God to meet us there.
As Jesus teaches in Luke 10:27:
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and love your neighbor as yourself.”
Our desire is to help people experience that kind of relationship with Christ while becoming healthier, stronger followers of Jesus.
What to Expect
Walking into something new can feel intimidating, so we want you to know what to expect.
Celebrate Recovery meets every Thursday in the Coastal House at Coastal Church.
Dinner begins at 5:30 PM.
The meeting begins at 6:00 PM.
We finish at 7:30 PM.
Come as you are. You don’t need to have the right words, know exactly what you’re looking for, or be ready to share your whole story.
You can simply show up.
Your Privacy Matters
We understand that joining a recovery community requires trust.
Celebrate Recovery is designed to provide a safe environment where people can be honest without fear of judgment. What is shared within the appropriate group setting is treated with care and confidentiality.
You are never expected to share more than you are comfortable sharing.
Healing happens in community, but trust takes time. You are welcome to take that process one step at a time.
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Whatever brought you here, there is hope.
Your story isn’t over. Your struggles do not have to define your future. And you were never meant to carry everything by yourself.
Come as you are and take the next step forward.
There is hope, and we’re in this together.
