The Dream Team is made up of people who use their gifts to help others feel welcome, grow in their faith, and experience the love of Jesus. From greeting guests at the front door and investing in the next generation to serving behind the scenes or using your creative talents, every role matters.

Where You Can Serve
Coastal Kids
Help children discover God's love through teaching, assisting in classrooms, or welcoming families during check-in. Opportunities include nursery and toddlers, preschool, elementary, and the check-in team.
First Impressions
Help create a welcoming experience by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping first-time visitors feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Creative Team
Use your creative gifts through photography, videography, graphic design, writing, social media, or storytelling to help share the story of what God is doing at Coastal.
Coastal Students
Invest in middle and high school students by building relationships, encouraging their faith, and walking alongside them as they grow.
Production Team
Serve behind the scenes by helping with audio, video, presentation, lighting, or livestream production. Training is provided.
