In our vision for this playground, we are deeply committed to creating a space where every child, regardless of their physical or mental abilities, can play, explore, and feel a sense of belonging. This commitment aligns perfectly with our church's commitment to “Be Love.”
Thoughtful Design: The playground will feature equipment that is specifically designed to be accessible to children with different physical abilities. This includes wheelchair-friendly surfaces, sensory-friendly play areas for children with autism or sensory processing disorders, and play structures that are safe and enjoyable for all.
A Place for Everyone: Our goal is to ensure that every child can experience the joy of play without barriers. This means not only physical accessibility but also creating an environment that is welcoming and understanding of various mental and emotional needs.

When we talk about building a playground, we're not just talking about ordinary play equipment. We're investing in commercial-grade, durable, and safe structures designed to last for years. Here's how your donations will be utilized at each funding milestone:
$10,000 Milestone: This initial funding will lay the groundwork for our playground with a fenced-in play area and seating. The fencing ensures safety and security, while the seating provides a comfortable space for families. This foundational step is crucial for a safe and welcoming environment.
$15,000 - $20,000 Milestone: At this level, we can add 1-2 pieces of commercial-grade play equipment. These aren't just any play structures; they're designed to be inclusive, durable, and safe, catering to various abilities and ages. The safety surface we plan to install is specially engineered to reduce injuries, a crucial aspect of child play areas.
$30,000 Goal: Meeting our primary goal enables us to install 3-4 pieces of high-quality equipment, each carefully chosen to provide diverse and engaging play experiences. The shade covering we plan to add is a significant investment in itself, designed to protect children from harmful UV rays and make the playground enjoyable year-round.
$40,000 - $50,000 Stretch Goal: Exceeding our initial goal allows us to enhance the playground further with additional state-of-the-art equipment, more advanced accessibility features, and other amenities that go beyond the basics. This extra funding means we can create a truly exceptional play space that serves our community for many years.
Beyond the Playground: Should we be blessed to reach our stretch goal of $40,000-$50,000, or even surpass it, know that additional funds will be thoughtfully used for further beautification and enhancement of our church's outdoor campus. This could include landscaping, additional seating areas, and other amenities that make our church grounds more welcoming.
As we embark on this exciting project, it's important to understand that the figures we've shared are estimates. They represent our best calculations for creating a playground that meets our high standards for safety, inclusivity, and long-term enjoyment.
